Before stitching, your logo or artwork must be digitized—a process that converts your image into a special file the machine can read. We are charged for this service.

Every order requires careful prep:

• Thread selection & loading
• Hooping fabric to avoid damage
• Test runs for quality control
• Adjustments for different materials
  This happens before a single item is stitched and typically takes 20 to 30 minutes.

We use high-end commercial machines (think: $16K+), plus regular maintenance and software.
💡 These machines require precision and constant supervision.
💡 Thread breaks and tension issues? We fix them in real time.

⏱ 4. Time Per Item

Embroidery isn’t instant:

• A small design or logo for a hat or left or right chest = 15–30+ minutes of stitching per article
• Large designs for jackets, tee shirts, hoodies, or more detailed jobs = even longer
• Every item is hand-trimmed and inspected
